The grapes come from the right bank on the river Po in Lombardy. The Pinot Noir from this region are perfectly ripe, beautiful aromatic red fruit and good acidity. The grapes are therefore perfect for making a spumante according to the Metodo Martinotti. A subtle pink color with a beautiful pearling, strawberry, raspberry and a light form of candy. the taste is delicate, soft and a delicious aftertaste.
Gastronomy: goes well with young cheeses, shellfish with a light tomato sauce, pasta of all kinds or perfect to finish the meal with some fresh red fruit.
